Leadership Mastery
Leadership Mastery raises the aspirations of young people, increases their motivation and leads to optimum personal performance. These high-energy, motivational seminars run in the school hall to groups of up to 150 students and are ideal for schools who want their year groups to become more intrinsically motivated to succeed.
The full programme consists of three seminars. The seminars can be taken over one year or one seminar per year or on a stand-alone basis.
Seminar 1: Raising Aspirations
In this seminar, the young people will:
- Raise their aspirations – by raising their aspirations, the young people are encouraged to work hard to achieve the very best for themselves.
- Eliminate limiting beliefs.
- Understand how their thoughts are affecting their results.
- Create goals and an action plan, which breaks down goals into achievable action steps. This technique is invaluable throughout their academic life and beyond.
- Increase their awareness and develop a sense of gratitude for the life they already have.
After attending this seminar, the young people move forward with greater certainty towards their goals and have a more focused mindset.
Seminar 2: Accelerated Results

During this seminar, the participants are introduced to:

- Physiology and how it impacts mindset.
- Self-image, it prevents or powers success.

- Attributes of a leader.
- Characteristics of personal and group leaders.

Following the seminar the young people embark on a journey of self-discovery and document a personal mission for their life. This is both a reflective and inspiring process. The seminar introduces them to the tools and techniques which allow them to articulate this mission. It also creates in them an understanding of the power of contribution and about living with a sense of gratitude for what they already have.
At the end of each seminar the young people have tasks and activities to complete in the workbook provided. The purpose of the workbook is to reinforce what they have learned and ensure they are beginning to apply the lessons on a daily basis.
