Raymond Langan

Raymond is a qualified accountant (ACCA), qualified financial advisor (QFA) and an internet business expert. In 2006 he co-founded The Wealth Shop and gained a place on the Enterprise Ireland programme for young entrepreneurs and in 2009, he appeared on the Dragons Den TV show with his second venture which was an internet based business. 

Raymond has dedicated his life to learning and besides his academic qualifications he has undertaken personal development programmes with internationally renowned authors and speakers.  He is now a speaker with The Super Generation where he coaches young people on reaching their best.

Padraig Lawlor  

Padraig is a Licenced NLP Practitioner, having received his qualifications from the Irish Institute of NLP and is a Director of The Super Generation. He has studied with some of the best Personal Development teachers including Tony Robbins, Chris Howard and Keith Cunningham. Padraig holds a MSc from the Smurfit Business School. 

 

Brenda Morgan

Brenda Morgan has over ten years' teaching experience and holds a MEd from UCC. The title of her thesis was ‘21st Century Teaching Methods for 21st Century Students’.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of accelerated and advanced learning strategies and is currently the only PhotoReading & Advanced Learning Instructor in Ireland. She is a Specialist in Optimum Focus and Concentration Mind States, a Certified Mind Mapper and Certified in NLP. She is a founder and Director of The Morgan Institute and is now a Director of The Super Generation through which the delivery of all face-to-face study skills courses to second and third level students takes place.

Philip O’Callaghan

Philip, a co-founder and Director of The Super Generation is a qualified secondary teacher and taught for 10 years in Naas CBS and St. David’s CBS, Artane. He is a Licenced NLP Practitioner, having received his training from the founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler. For the past number of  years he has been the managing director of examCRAFT.

He holds an MSc in Comuter Applications for Education and is currently completing an MBA in the University of Warwick. He has also attended personal development courses with the best international personal success trainers. Recognising that skills and knowledge are only one contributor to success, he believes that young people need more than academic instruction to optimise their chances of achieving their goals.
